Characters & NFTs

Character NFTs are collectible, on-chain assets used across the Axion platform. They have classes (e.g. Engineer), stats (e.g. level), and can be used in the Academy and Accelerator.

Where to find characters

• Character Market — Browse all Character NFTs. You can filter by class, search, and view details. Characters owned by the contract appear as "Available"; others show owner and level.
• Home — The dashboard shows featured Engineers and a release history list; click a character to open its detail page.
• Profile — View your owned Character NFTs (when logged in).

Character details

Each character has a name, image, class, race, and stats (e.g. level). Level and other stats can be improved through the Academy. Characters can be used in the Accelerator for runs. Ownership is on-chain; the platform reads ownership from the Characters contract on Base.

Minting & availability

Unminted characters are held by the contract and shown as "Available" in the UI. Minting is handled through the platform or contracts when eligible. Once minted, the character is transferred to your wallet and appears under your profile.
